What we collect
When you use our contact form we receive the details you type in: your name, email address, company and the description of your project. Like most websites, our server also records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal and to run our studio. Technical data helps us keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us and our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our team. We do not sell personal data. Service providers that host this website or deliver email process data on our behalf under agreements that protect it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Cookies
This site only uses cookies and local storage that are needed for it to work. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to assad.farid@hotmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
